Ruby Joust
May 27-30, 2016
If you wish to camp with Windmasters’ Hill at Ruby Joust, you will need to:
- Register for the event BEFORE May 10.
- Mail in a check for payment OR submit the PayPal payment registration form.
- Complete the Windmasters’ Hill Ruby Joust Camp Form BEFORE May 1, so our baronial camp steward, Geneviefve d’Estelle, has all the info she needs from you to plan for camp.
If you want to be on the camp meal plan, please fill out the appropriate fields in the Windmasters’ Hill Ruby Joust Camp form and contact Lady Geneviefve (geneviefve[AT]gmail[DOT]com) to arrange payment prior the event.
Meal Plan Details
(Please pack feast gear. We are NOT providing disposable plates, utensils, or cups)
The tentative meal plan is:
Friday:
Pizza for dinner
Saturday:
Grab and go breakfast
Lunch at the hospitality tent on the field
Hot sides cooked by His Excellency to complement the Cear Mear meat option
Sunday:
Grab and go breakfast
Light lunch
We’ll have an estimate on cost once we have a count. There is an option on the form to select “Tentative on Price” in case that will be your most important factor.
Baronial Pavilion on the Field
Their Excellencies will be setting up their pavilion on the field at Ruby Joust. We invite any members of the populace who would like to sit under it during the day to do so. If all you have is a Coleman camp chair, throw a blanket or some fabric over it and have a seat. Also, please plan to contribute some snack items or drinks to the potluck hospitality table. Right now we plan to be onsite Friday evening to put the pavilion up and will take it down late Sunday afternoon. We would appreciate help with both.
