On April 20, 1975, the first gathering of Windmasters’ Hill occurred with the officers of the soon to be shire chosen a month later. The first Ymir was held on February 21, 1976 in Chapel Hill. At the second Ymir, held in February of 1977, Windmasters’ Hill became a barony. That means that Ymir is two years older then the barony (i.e. the barony turned 1 at Ymir III in 1978):
