Thursday Winter Practice

With the loss of light at our summer location (Herndon Park), we're moving the practice to the house of Their Excellencies, Girard and Guenievre for the winter. Practice starts at 5:30, and runs until we're all too tired to fight anymore. Armored and Rapier combatants are welcome, plus their friends, families, and significant others, and really anyone else who wants to hang out too.

After practice, Girard will cook some pasta and tomato sauce for all those around who would like to stay for dinner - that is unless Guenievre decides to do something fancier and/or tastier. We also have a hot tub in the back yard to soak out those worn muscles and deep bruises, so bring a towel and a bathing suit if you're interested in hopping in.

This practice is canceled on Thanksgiving Day (Nov. 26), Christmas Eve Day (Dec. 24th), New Years Eve (Dec 31st), and the Thursday before Ymir (Feb. 11th).

Inclement Weather Policy: If it is actively precipitating at 4:30 at Girard's office (around the corner from his house), he will cancel the practice by emailing the Kberg list and the Keep. If you are not on either of those lists, and would like to be notified of practice updates, please contact Girard.
