Announcements / Disucssions:

  • * Next week I am out of town - Wystric will cover (hopefully)
  • * Officers - Q3 reports for many offices are due - please ensure they are submitted and I am cc'd.
  • * Duncan needs moving help on Oct 28
  • * Garb workshop Sunday 18 October starting at 11?
  • * Baronial Business Meeting Sunday 18 OCtober at 5:30
  • * Demo at Durham Academy Friday November 13 - contact Margaret Woolsey of able to assist
  • * Call for articles for the Oak
  • Their Excelencies are looking for a Pennsic Camp Steward
  • Award recommendations are needed - do your homework
  • Elvegast is looking to hold a party/bnardic/potluck possibly on 15 Nov at Knights of Columbus in Raleigh
  • Nimenfeld practice moving inside the community center, rain or shine. There will be a knight present every week.
  • Attillium meeting moving off base to Edward Macays so it is more publicly accessable*Elvegast has redone their class schedule - see their web site for details.
  • Unevent will be hosted December 5th at Winston Salem State University - same site used for June University
  • Potential Garb workshop dates:
    • October 17th (raiders of the lost cove) or 18th
    • November is Right Out.
    • December 5th or 6th
    • December 12th (mongols mayhem & murder) or 13th

  • Elvegast Rapier Practice Tuesdays at Kentwood Park in Raleigh
  • Nimenfeld Archery Practice every Monday at 5 at Steve & Luisa's - suspended until further notice
  • Nimenfeld Fighter Practice Wednesday at 7:00 at South Park in Fuquay Varina
  • K'Berg / Buckston - Thursday at 5:30 at Herndon Park

  • * TE's Octoberfest - Oct 17th at 2pm - bring a six pack of interesting beer
  • Sixth annual House Salamandra Viking Christmas party on December 12th
