Announcements / Disucssions:

• * Baronial Business Meeting:
  • Their Excellencies:
    • Please contact His Excellency if you wish to camp with the barony at WOW
    • Its never too late to start looking for a Pennsic Camp Steward
    • Award recommendations are needed - do your homework
  • Elvegast is looking to hold a party/bnardic/potluck possibly on 15 Nov at Knights of Columbus in Raleigh
  • Nimenfeld practice moving inside the community center, rain or shine. There will be a knight present every week.
  • Attillium meeting moving off base to Edward Macays so it is more publicly accessable
  • Exchequer:
    • MATO Silent Auction raised over $440 for the barony
      • Thanks to Leonard & Jewel Schuping for donations to the auction
    • Account balance $17,640
    • Allocated: $6,753 (mostly Ymir)
    • Available: $10,886
    • Warrant is coming up - need a deputy
  • Quartermaster:
    • Need to inventory the shed - looking for volunteers to help
    • Plastic pavilion showing its age, has some holes - next meeting for a pavilion committee
    • Need another bin for pavilion spider joints - $50 allocated
    • Need some kitchen equipment - $300 allocated
  • Chatelaine - Need a deputy, especially for demos
  • Herald - fixing issues with award names:
    • Award of the Hurt needs a letter allowing conflict from Highland Ford (Order of the Heart)
    • Scirrocco is post period - need suggestions for new name.
  • Windlore - people are needed to be featured
  • Rapier - New baronial marshall is Adelric, new warlord is Giovann
• *Elvegast has redone their class schedule - see their web site for details.
• Unevent will be hosted December 5th at Winston Salem State University - same site used for June University
• WoW Performing Arts Competition
• Potential Garb workshop dates:
  • October 3rd or 4th (University)
  • October 17th (raiders of the lost cove) or 18th
  • November is Right Out.
  • December 5th or 6th
  • December 12th (mongols mayhem & murder) or 13th
• Email sent to Claire Hele re a shoe workshop on one or more of the above dates
• Corporate forming two comittees - Grant & Census ("Census-level" means we are attempting to reach each and every participant of the SCA be they member or non-member.)

• Elvegast Rapier Practice Tuesdays at Kentwood Park in Raleigh
• Nimenfeld Archery Practice every Monday at 5 at Steve & Luisa's - suspended until further notice
• Nimenfeld Fighter Practice Wednesday at 7:00 at South Park in Fuquay Varina
• K'Berg / Buckston - Thursday at 5:30 at Herndon Park
