Beginner's Guide internal document links confusing

I don't understand the rationale for choosing the internal links between the documents in the Beginner's Guide.
They don't seem to have much relation to the other documents listed on the "front page" of the beginner's guide. I'm confused! :)

Marion has been going over this as she can get to it, her real life has some real time draws on it right now. I expect we'll see a lot of these things straightened out very shortly.
