Incorrect Newcomer's message on home page

The home page says the following:
"Newcomers: Be welcome! we are currently working on a guide just for you. Once this is finished it will appear in the top menu. "
The Beginner's Guid has already been added to the menu at the top.
(It should also be added to the Navigation box on the left.)
